We finally acquired Elbestr. 18 in Berlin Neukoelln, after a long and unusual acquisition phase of crazy 7 month.

The whole project including the construction cost is all ready financed.
We expect the building permit with in 3 month and will start constructions soon after, completion should be end of 2011
